Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the customers / overseas agent by handling sales quotation and other inquiries for air
• Arrange air export booking with airlines
• Handle air export billing and invoice
• Liaise with operation team for shipment arrangement
• Perform other ad hoc duties as requested

Key Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to deal with Mandarin speaking clients
• Basic computer skills (ie Microsoft Office)

Job Title: HR & ADMIN

Salary: Up to $3000 monthly.

Location: Changi

Working Hours: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with MOM rules and requirements for employment.
• Attend required HR courses and relay updated MOM information to the company.
• Collaborate with employment agencies and assist in sourcing quality candidates.
• Conduct interviews and select suitable candidates for company roles.
• Maintain accurate records of staff leave and other HR documentation.
• Handle office administrative tasks, including purchases for office supplies, pantry needs, etc.
• Oversee office cleanliness and liaise with the cleaner to ensure standards are maintained.
• Source quality vendors when needed and manage company assets, including the renewal of memberships, vehicle VPC, road tax, and insurance.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma holder or fresh graduate in Human Resource faculty.
• Initiative, self-motivation, independence, and a strong work ethic.
• Candidates without prior HR experience but with a strong willingness to learn and a passion for the role are encouraged to apply.

Note:Candidates with prior experience in HR are encouraged to inform us, as we may consider a managerial position with a salary adjustment for suitable applicants.
