• Assist the Job Manager to attend to technical and design issues at site and report issues to Job Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead a dynamic team while ensuring the timely and accurate processing of various HR-related transactions. You will play a key role in ensuring that HR processes such as payments, claims, and billing are managed efficiently, meeting both internal standards and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the timely and accurate processing of HR-related transactions across all institutions and departments.Key Areas: Manpower Billing, Honorarium, Payment Processing, Medical Claims, and related matters.
  
• Ensure the team meets Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in accordance with organizational policies and relevant legislation.
