• Daily vehicle maintenance checks

You’ll be the “face” of the company at our retail outlets – when the customer walks in, the first thing they see is your smile.

The Frontliner shall:

• Be the point of contact for all retail communications with customers;
• Serve and receive all essential information about customers’ transactions;
• Consult with the Supervisor to serve client needs;
• Regularly update the ERP & CRM to keep the rest of the stakeholders apprised;
• Upkeep their knowledge in the various product specifications and maintain diligence with compliance requirements;
• Maintain the “retail façade” of the firm at the firm’s multiple locations islandwide; and
• Output useful reports of branch statistics on a periodic basis;
• Handles cash transactions.

The candidate is expected to, at minimum:

• Have completed primary education;
• Be proficient in the English language, both written and spoken, and be able to demonstrate competent communication skills;
• Also be proficient in either Mandarin and/or Bahasa Indonesia (in line with our products’ target clientele);
• Possess competent skills in computer software usage;
• Be comfortable with cashiering and handling large amounts of physical cash; and
• Be able to smile and be professional in a customer-facing environment.

Job scope

• To assist the design engineer in AutoCAD drawing.
• To assist the design engineer in document preparation for submittals.
• To assist the design engineer in preparing Bill of Materials.
• To assist design engineer with project Instruction Manual.
• Coordinate with customer for technical issues and document submission to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor projects through completion, providing correction, modification or assistance to other company department as needed.
• Carry out drawing updates/modification.

Requirements

• Experienced in AutoCAD software application is a must.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, plans, drawings, prints or similar job write-up.

Senior Social Worker

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)

Location: Tampines

Salary: $4,800 - $5,500

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work with at least 5 years of experience in direct social work practice
• Having a Masters in Counselling and/or specialized certification in a therapy is advantageous
• Prior experience in providing case and clinical supervision to social/case workers
• Possess good knowledge and experiences with social work interventions, social policies and community engagement
• Experienced in leading team, to monitor and oversee staff competency and training

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of assigned social service programmes for youths, ensuring the relevant practice framework, logic model & SOPs of each programme are set up and adhered to by the team.
• Provide direction and guidance to the team in building professional and positive working relationship with stakeholders, and other professionals.
• Lead the team in outreach initiative and efforts.
• Provide casework and counselling interventions.
• Develop strategic collaborations with government agencies and community partners.
• Lead and guide the team in being able to identify the community needs, and service gaps that can contribute to the development of new programmes.
• Provide supervision and guide the professional development of social service practitioners in the team.
• Support professional development and provide support to staff through working closely with the Head, Practice & Service Development and HR.
• Research and evaluation
• Conduct process and outcome-based evaluation to ensure that programmes are able to support the needs of gaps identified / clients
