Job Description:

A) Follows the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks.

• Coordinates daily tasks with the Sous Chef.

• To present solutions and answer client's queries on the various possible unique scenario for example system effect on changing of UEN, cross company charging, retro claims, benefits claims, part time - full time conversion, additional wages/over time computation
• To design and implement the accepted solution, conduct system integration test, support UAT, perform data migration, validate the migrated data, perform cutover to prepare for go live
• To support all new statutory requirements or company policy changes which will impact HR/ Payroll

Accountant

Working Time: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6.09pm
Working Location: Pandan Road (Nearest MRT: Clementi, company provide one way transport)
Salary: $3300 - $4300

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare full sets of accounts, audit and tax schedules
• Prepare monthly management reports and presentation materials
• Prepare quarterly consolidation reporting package for submission to Group Finance team
• Prepare periodic tax return filings for both direct and indirect taxes
• Perform Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for ad hoc projects and special management reports
• Provide regional finance support when necessary
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents
• Assist superior in quarterly consolidation, year-end audit and preparation of annual report
• Recommend finance process optimisation and internal control improvements
• Assist in finance digital transformation including process automation and data analytics
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Job Requirement:

• Must possess Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Must possess a minimum of two years’ relevant experience.
