Roles & Responsibilities

You will join a team of elite team of FLASH Field Reponse Officers and will be trained to handle the most challenging of situations on the road, rendering assistance, advise and provide professional services to our customers and fleet partners. Working in synchronization with the Control Centre to ensure that our customers and fleet partners are being well taken care of.

You will be proactively assigned to accident related cases within the area of deployment and to assist in lodging of Singapore Accident Statement with our distressed customers or fleet partners. Using the skillset trained by FLASH, you will assist in rendering all the assistance to ensure our customer and fleet partners are supported during their time of distress.

You will be required to:

- Assess the accident scene upon arrival and provide the assistance needed for our customers or fleet partners.

- Remain calm and viligant to ensure that we assist in the investigation for any accident related matters.

- Advising customers and fleet partners on the post accident procedures.

Qualifications

Joining FLASH Field Response Officer:

- Minimum Class 2B license

- Minimum 'N' level / SPM or equivalent

- Open to Singaporean, Malaysian, and PR applicants

- Proficient in English (speaking and writing); Chinese proficiency is an advantage

- Comfortable with using technology for reporting purposes

- Have self righteousness

- High level of integrity

- Quick thinking and able to take control in high pressure situations

- Able to adapt to the fast changing environment

Key Details:

- Working Hours: 12 hours per day

- Workdays: 5/6 days a week

- Salary Range: SGD$1700.00 to SGD$2600.00

- Shifts: Nightshift and midshift are included
