Job Description:

· Handling all incoming and outgoing shipments

· Process customer’s orders/ enquiries timely and accurately and timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)

· Handling LCL documentation

· Monitor vessel schedule via PSA PortNet, SATS or SIA

· Ensure all customers’ standard operating procedures are followed and updated

· Liaison work with drivers, customers, external vendors and etc

· Manage all customer enquiries

· Resolve operational issues encountered

Requirements:
