About the role

Accounts Officer/Executive, Income Audit (Open to Fresh Graduates)

You will be integral in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the hotel’s financial performance. Key responsibilities include verifying and reporting hotel revenues, reviewing supporting documentation submitted to the Accounting team, and preparing the Daily Revenue Report. Responsibilities:

General Office Administration

• Managing incoming and outgoing mail
• Handle office facility maintenance, including liaising with vendors
• Monitor and replenish office and workshop supplies (groceries, stationery, corporate gifts, and drinks)

• Coordinate with vendors for regular maintenance and ad-hoc repairs

Event Coordination

Administrative Support

• Manage monthly utility, phone and internet bills

Corporate Tasks

• Track and order corporate merchandise (e.g. polo tees, gifts)
• Coordinate the printing of corporate materials and name cards
• Facilitate the purchase of company gift vouchers and follow up with malls for procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office coordination role
