Responsibilities:
Office Administrative Support

• Handle general administrative tasks, including attending to visitors, managing office supplies and inventory, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a clean, organized, and conducive office environment.
• Set up and configure end-user devices such as desktops and laptops.
• Offer support to internal colleagues with their end-user needs.
• Perform basic first-tier IT support following standard ITIL processes to meet end-user computing requirements.

• Manage timely application and renewal of work passes.
