3. Talent Management & DevelopmentLead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent across the region.
   Develop and implement talent development and succession planning strategies to build a strong leadership pipeline.
   
4. Employee Relations & ComplianceAct as a trusted advisor on HR policies, labor laws, and employment regulations across the region.
   Manage employee relations matters effectively and ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR standards.
   
5. HR Data Analysis & ReportingAnalyze HR metrics to provide insights for informed decision-making.
   Prepare and present reports on regional HR performance to senior management.
   

Requirements

• Certifications: Must hold IHRP-CP/SP or SHRM-CP/SCP certification.
• Experience:Minimum 5-7 years' experience as an HR Manager, with at least 3 years in a regional/APAC context.
  Proven hands-on expertise in HR operations and payroll management.
  
• Regional Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll systems across APAC countries.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience, managing diverse teams in a regional capacity.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of recruitment support

• Proactively liaise with department managers on their resource requirements

• Prepare recruitment advertisement, arranging and preparing of interviews, creating and maintaining the resume database

• Posting of job advertisements at various job portals

• Provide support in the processing and full administration of work pass applications and coordinating and accommodation arrangement, if any.

• Compile all documents according to new hire check list

• Conduct screening, interviewing and selection assessments

• Provide timely feedback on sourcing status and proactively provide recommendations to resolve barriers and challenges encountered

• Compile and update job descriptions, and conduct staff orientation program

• Work closely with HR team in ensuring that HR and employee information are provided timely and accurately

• Participate in continuous improvement on HR work processes and create SOPs and documentations

• Maintain an effective and user-friendly document control and filing system

• Develop and implement strategies to increase employee engagement

• Participate in company events management

• Provide accurate HR reports on a timely basis

• Support in all ad-hoc HR projects as required
