Key Responsibilities

As the HR Executive with a primary focus on payroll processing, you will be responsible for managing and executing payroll operations in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. You will oversee multiple tiers of commission and incentive schemes, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement. Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR operations related to the organization design & planning, organization development, manpower planning, recruitment/selection, payroll administration, compensation & benefits, employee welfare, training & development, risk management.
