We are looking for an HR Executive to oversee key HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to work pass management and daily administration, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Working Location: Kallang, Central Region

Job descriptions:

• Handle the full end-to-end-recruitment process inclusive of onboarding and off-boarding (e.g. job posting, coordinate for interviews, preparation of offer letters, new hirers onboarding orientation, exit clearance)
• Assist in the application, renewal and cancellation of work passes using MOM Portal
• Checking of agencies timesheets and invoices
• Prepare recruitment reports for HOD
• Submission of quarterly manpower survey from Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
• Handling and managing confidential documents and maintenance of p-files
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative work such as timely update of employees’ data in Timesoft system, preparation of letters such as acceptance of resignation, termination, promotion and more, keep track of locker keys given to employees, prepare name cards for Managers and more
• Assist in employee engagement activities

Job requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or relevant fields
• At least 2 years of payroll experience (Timesoft experience will be an added advantage)
• At least 2 years of full HR spectrum will be an added advantage
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager with project functions, including project management, site management, and risk control to achieve project goals.
• Support Project Manager in planning and coordinating construction works according to the master and detailed work programs.
• Guide junior Engineers in daily work execution.
• Prepare and submit project documents such as schedules, method statements, design plans, risk assessments, and reports.
• Supervise construction to ensure compliance with contract specifications, drawings, quality standards, and ESH practices.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on all project matters.
• Facilitate site inspections, submit technical reports, and maintain records. Assist in verifying progress payments and contractor claims.
• Attend regular meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to monitor project progress.
• Establish and maintain a document control system for design drawings and project documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board.
• At least 3 years of working experience in construction and infrastructure industry (LTA, Roadwaorks, MRT Projects).
