Job Description:
Recruitment
• Source for candidate through recruiters and other sources.
• Conduct CV screening.
• Co-ordinate with hiring managers, recruiters and selected candidates on interview schedule.
• Ensure proper and complete documentation.
• Conduct and/or work with Verification Firms on pre-employment screening.
• Collate and compile applications into a databank of CV.
• Prepare recruitment status report.
Engagement
• Prepare new hire Letter of Appointment and create Employee P-file.
• Prepare new starter logistics and co-ordinate with respective Departments (Hiring Department, IT, Admin, RMC and Finance).
• Prepare and send company-wide announcement on new staff joining.
• Prepare and assist the Assistant Manager in Orientation and first day Culture induction.
• Prepare and follow-up with hiring managers on their new staff’s department orientation and OJT.
• Have regular follow-up and feedback session with new staff.
• Track probation, ensure confirmation appraisal completion and follow-up with confirmation, extension or termination logistics and HR Systems and P-file recording.
• Assist in the Culture induction program co-ordination with Vendor
• Prepare new employee feedback, probation, confirmation and status report.
•Assist in staff engagement events
Compensation and Benefits
• Assist in collating, verifying, tracking and calculating OT hours, benefits reimbursement for payroll purpose.
• Preparation and issuance of payslips.
• Administer leave and benefits system and attend to staff queries.
• Coordinate gift/flower delivery between florist and staff on special occasion and prepare staff announcement where necessary.
• Prepare benefit details and costing for Government grants and subsidy reimbursement.
• Assist in preparing reportable employment income for IRAS reporting and issuance of IR8A.
• Assist in preparing and filing of Annual Salary Review and Bonus letters and updating of HR Systems and P-files.
• Provide assistance in research and analysis on Compensation & Benefits and other legislative matters.
Performance Management
• Assist in the collation and filing/recoding of both KPI and PMP submissions and perform first cut review for completeness.
Learning & Development
• Attend to training requisition and verify if within development plans and budget.
• Source for training course/provider and assist in registration where required
• Co-ordinate training schedule with trainer/vendor and staff and provide training administrative logistics where necessary.
• Record and monitor training/training hours for CDP requirements, reporting and cost preparation for training grant submissions.
• Constantly keep abreast of training and other grants available.
Exit Management
• Notify relevant parties with regards to Leavers ie Department, IT, Admin, Finance, RMC, etc and to coordinate with Leavers on last day requirements and prepare Leaver’s Clearance and payment accordingly.
• Ensure filing of documentation in P-files and updating of HR system and termination update for HQ IT Report.
Employee Records & HRIS
• Ensure proper update and maintain employee data in P-Files, HRIS, leave, benefits and training records.
• Provide assistance in the HR system migration where required.
Regulatory Compliance, Analytics, Reporting and Grants
• Work with Senior Manager to review, update and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in own area of expertise.
• Keep abreast of regulatory changes, availability of grants and subsidies.
• Other tasks as assigned by Assistant Manager / Senior Manager
Staff Training & Development

• To conscientiously attend training to develop self within the organization where required.
• Regularly review and evaluate own performance to ensure compliance with established company policies and on track to attaining the goals and objectives set, while demonstrating the corporate values.

Others
• Proactively manage and liaise with HR vendors.
• Develop professional network within local community and continue to keep abreast of legislation changes, best practices and business domain.
• Ensure compliance and no breach in DAL and policies set for self and team.
• Support CEO/CFOO in additional responsibilities assigned, as and when required.
• Assist and participate in special ad hoc projects when required.
Job Requirements: Min Degree in Human Resources / Business or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant experience
