HR & Admin Executive
Our client is a foreign-based MNC.
Job Description:
• Report to HR Manager
• Provide support to all HR and administrative duties
• Coordinate and participate in the recruitment process
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
• Provide support to managers and employees in performance-related matters
• Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs for
• employees
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization's
• practices align with legal requirements
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance,
• retirement plans, and other employee perks
• Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Handle HR administrative tasks such as documentation, contracts, and letters
• Assist in monthly payroll processing and CPF contributions
• Organize team-building activities and events
• Assist in travel bookings for the office
• Provide support in all office administrative matters
Job Requirements:
• Diploma in any relevant discipline
• 2 to 5 years of HR or administrative experience
• Salary ranges between S$3,000 to S$4,000 per month
