· Conduct HR operations across full spectrum of HR functions and processes across the full employment life cycle (end-to-end)
· Payroll and benefits administration, review and renewals (end-to-end process from eligibility checks, liaison with vendors, enrolment & processing/ payroll journal and documentation)
· HR service deliveries and query management support (for employees) and administrative support (for HR team)
· Ensure consistent and accurate upkeeping/ maintenance of employee data and HRIS/ records (physical and digital documentation)
· Coordinate, liaise, profile creation, system updates to ensure timely enrolment/or update for employees during on/or offboarding
· Timely HR reporting for internal and external requirements
· Timely handling of government-related claims, internal and external invoices
· Assist in organization and running of HR initiatives, events, transformation projects
· Assist in reviewing/creating policies, processes and documents
· Readily back up teammates of the COE team in all areas of HR operation
Payroll/ Benefits Administration & Capital Increase
· Ensure accuracy of operational input and execution of monthly payroll processes and regular benefits administrations (e.g. Outpatient/ Inpatient, Leave Management, Flexi-Benefits) to payroll outsource vendor
· Ensure timely and accurate execution of CPF, government-claim submissions (Maternity, Childcare and NS claims), income tax (IR8A and IR21) matters
· Ensure timely implementation of reward and recognition practices (e.g. Long Service Award)
· Manage intra service level agreements and rebilling coordination
Recruitment & Selection (rotational basis and back-up for HR Advisor)
· Administer job postings in the relevant job posting platforms and provide initial screening of candidates to facilitate shortlisting and coordinate the interview process and act as the point of contact to facilitate the recruitment process
· Liaise with Group (Paris teams) and local universities on the selection and hiring of intern trainees and VIEs
· Manage part time and temporary employment recruitment
· Manage candidate resume database (including shared mailbox) and recruitment reporting
New Hire Pre/Onboarding & Induction (rotational basis and back-up for HR Advisor)
· Manage end-to-end pre/onboarding activities including but not limited to workpass/ renewal application, creation of staff pass, accounts creation, IT related email and access
· Organise and perform new hire induction for new hires
· Ensure timely completion of compulsory learnings for new joiners or transferees
· Responsible for regular update and/or conduct improvements to induction materials and content
Job Requirement
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and/or Human Resource Management
· Language: Fluent in English
· Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience as HR generalist with strong background in HR operations including payroll and benefits.
· Key competencies: Meticulous, problem solving, HR practices implementation, HR analytics
