We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to take on a hybrid role combining responsibilities in finance, human resources, and administrative support. This position is ideal for someone with a diverse skill set who can manage financial operations, oversee HR processes, and provide high-level secretarial support.

Key Responsibilities

Finance

• Manage the company’s financial operations, including cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare and review financial reports and ensure timely submission to relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain accurate financial records.
• Monitor and report on the organization’s financial health, identifying opportunities for cost efficiency.

Human Resources

• Handle the company’s payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Maintain employee records and oversee HR documentation, including contracts and benefits administration.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes as required.

Secretarial and Administrative Support

• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas; take and transcribe minutes for internal meetings.
• Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling, correspondence, and report preparation.
• Maintain an organized filing system for financial, HR, and company documents.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as auditors, vendors, and regulatory bodies, as needed.
