• Operate the after-school centre (The Living Room) by supervising estimated 20 students in safe use of room
• Assist GEAR-UP team to refresh room and maintain equipment/devices/games by consolidating staff/student feedback into procurement list
• Organise and facilitate weekly programmes and activities such as table soccer, art, board games and other suggestions for GEAR-UP students and those who drop-in with goal to build rapport and connectedness with school
• Work with GEAR-UP team to develop programmes to enhance drop-in centre activities if necessary
• Provide guidance and mentorship for students with presenting issues through their challenges, to improve and develop their well-being, life skills and resilience
• Work with the Student Development Team or counsellor on identified students for interventions when necessary
• Support the running of other GEAR-UP programmes

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle overall project management, project schedule and directions for ACMV Project.
• Manage, lead, and handle a team of engineers, supervisors, WSH Coordinator and sub-contractors.
• Manage and control project budget and ensure project completion in timely manner.
• Manage and prepare monthly payment claim submission, variation order submission and extension of time submission to the Main Contractor.
• Manage and prepare sub-contractors’ payment response and variation order claim.
• Carry out site visits throughout the project to record information on the progress of the project against the agreed programme.

• Mitigate site issues and propose a contingency plan.

• Plan and allocate resources, projection and forecast of manpower.

• Conduct regular site meetings and attend essential meetings.
• Manage, plan, and lead the testing & commissioning of ACMV system.
• Manage, lead and handover OMM document, training, as built drawings, spare parts and DLP program.

Job Requirements:

• Must have at least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma in similar fields.
• Must have 15 years’ design and installation experience in ACMV and BMS System.
• Good knowledge of codes, standards, and procedures.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit.
