Responsibilities:
• To process and update DO in Bcore system
• To liaise with transporters and customers for the return of DO

What you will be working on?

• Support benefits/welfare administration (eg. distribution of certs, events coordination such as Health Screening event, wellness activities – regular articles on wellbeing, consolidate responses from depts)
• Assist in the secondment billings and checking, consolidate interns’ allowance payments
• Administrative support in the team’s plan to review the current leave/welfare benefits (eg. surveys/benchmarkings) with the view to improve employee experience
• Support in digitalisation tools testing for some of the digitalisation initiatives
• Administrative support in the recruiting and onboarding system project eg. scheduling of meetings, consolidation of documents etc.
• Data generation/cleansing to support various data request.

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum A-Level or Diploma in Human Resources/ Business Management.
• No prior experience required as training will be provided.
