The Executive is accountable to HR & Admin HOD and is responsible to assist with the talent acquisition, policy development, objectives determination, and other human resource processes in company. In addition to that, the executive will also be responsible to shape company’s work and employee policy.

Responsibilities:

• Review, formulate, implement and maintain HR policy and procedures
• Provide general HR and admin support (appointment letter, new staff orientation & etc)
• Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support for foreign employee such as handling work pass applications, renewal and cancellation of foreign workers
• Responsible for claims of government grants such as maternity leave and childcare leave application
• Responsible for monthly processing and submission of payroll and reports
• Manage the training and development needs of employee and administering the full spectrum of training and course
• Maintaining personnel records and ensure filling are up to date
• Any ad hoc and admin duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder
• Preferably full spectrum HR experience
• Candidate should possess a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent
• At least 2-3years and above of working experience in Human Resource in Singapore
• Sound knowledge of Employment Act, CPF Act and Singapore Labour Law and HR practices
• Meticulous, detailed, well-organised, good communication and interpersonal skills
• A good team player, resourceful and be able to work independently to meet datelines

The successful incumbent will be the point of contact with a Key Account, responsible on delivering operational related services to the client and contract Staff. He/She will be delivering onboarding work (i.e. organize and facilitate our company’s onboarding procedures for new hires), contract staff engagement work and offboarding.

Role Highlights

• To prepare employment contracts, gathering necessary paperwork and scheduling the Contract Staff for their first day of work
• Clearly explaining policies related to Company’s and client’s operations
• Provides HR policy interpretation; rendering HR advises to internal stakeholders (example, Recruiters, Key Account Manager) and the client
• Works closely with the Contact Staff to maintain positive work relationships
• Maintains an effective level of administering benefits

Profile and Experience

• Possess strong communication, critical thinking and analysis skill
• Able to manage/build relationships
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements (example, Employment Act) related to day-to-day management of employees
• Able to prioritize tasks, with strong time management skills

Training will be provided to qualified individuals who possess the key attributes but may not have the full relevant experience.
