1. To perform kitchen and bar stations in compliance with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

2. To perform counter station in compliance with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), to perform cashiering function and suggestive selling on outlet specialties, promotion items to customers.

3. Practice proper usage and cleanliness of all outlet tools & equipment and in compliance with statutory safety requirements

4. Practice good housekeeping, and to ensure cleanliness & tidiness of premises including toilet (if any), including clearing the garbage bags from the rubbish bins

5. Comply with NEA requirements over personal & food hygiene and safety

6. Practice proper usage and storage of all food and beverage items so that quality is well-maintained

7. Assist in inventory management

8. Any other ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the superior

Duties

• Provide patients and visitors with direction and assist with their enquiries/requests at the Concierge counter
• Visit patients, go the extra mile by offering assistance and recording feedback received
• Receive feedback from patients and visitors and provide appropriate service recovery
• Ensure smooth traffic flow at the lobby and at the driveway
• Ensure admitting patients are sent to the room as soon as possible
• Ensure discharging patients are fetched as soon as possible and coordinate limousine pick-up
• Liaise with florist and other departments for the offering of fruits/flowers gift/arrangement sets for designated patients
• Prepare ward visitation reports (as required)
• Conduct maternity and hospital tours (as assigned).
• Maintain records and reports of tours.
• Circulate VVIP list daily
• Assist with visa extension documentation for patients and their family members
• Make specialist referral appointments for walk-ins
• Work with supervisors to ensure the assigned service stations are manned effectively
• Participate in projects and assist in events as assigned
• Perform any other duties or undertake other responsibilities as assigned by Customer Service executive and above

• Assist in managing employee benefits.
• Contribute to planning, executing, and facilitating employee activities to foster team spirit and engagement. This includes designing activity posters, managing employee registration, procuring festival gifts, and selecting venues.
• Support HR-related projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing staff recruitment, engagement, retention, and HR practices.

Office Admin

• Perform general receptionist duties.
• Assist in office operations and vendor management.
• Handle pantry management, including budget control, purchasing groceries, and suggesting pantry supplies.
