The Assistant Human Resources/Admin Manager reports to the Senior Corporate Development Officer. He/she is responsible for overseeing and managing the human resources operations of the company. Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR operations related to the organization design & planning, organization development, manpower planning, recruitment/selection, payroll administration, compensation & benefits, employee welfare, training & development, risk management.

• Support employee career development through coaching, mentoring, and skill-building initiatives.

Requirements

• 5 years of HR , with 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and office administration
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and best practices
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
