A Payroll Admin Executive (Junior) is responsible for supporting payroll processing and administrative tasks to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:

• Assist in processing payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.

• Verify attendance, timesheets, and leave records to calculate accurate payments.

• Maintain and update employee payroll records in the system.

• Ensure all deductions (e.g., taxes, provident fund, insurance) are accurately applied.

Employee Support:

Documentation & Reporting:

• Generate payroll reports for internal audits and management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
