• 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in areas of Organisational Development and Business Partnering.
• Experienced working in a startup, hyper growth organisation is preferred.
• Has the agility and flexibility mindset to adapt to business changes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a bigger team (cross functions) to achieve business goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results that are aligned with business strategies and goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in presentation skills (written, verbal) and proficient in other MS office tools – Excel, Words.
• Demonstrates rigor, discipline, and structure in all customer engagements and internal governance.
• Deep understanding of banks and the challenges they face, including technology, regulatory, and commercial issues.
• Passionate about Financial Services and Technology.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
