Responsibilities
- Lead and take charge of 3 sections in Talent Acquisition, Payroll Processing & Management, HR Information System to achieve operational excellence.
- Define the overall HR Centre of Excellence scope and goals of service delivery, by effectively translating strategic business priorities to execute HR transformation agenda.
- Build the HR Centre of Excellence function through identifying, hiring and training of appropriate team members.
- Review and continuously improve development and implementation of effective and efficient HR operations - systems and processes, which are aligned to the strategic HR goals.
- Serve as the single point of accountability for decision making on HR operations and escalating to the top management, when required, so as to ensure HR service levels are met.
- Review, update and implement HR procedures to ensure operational excellence and ensure compliance with the legislation law and regulations in Singapore.
- Effectively analyse large amounts of data into relevant insights for presentation to top management through use of data analytics.
- Foster strong relationships with the HR business partners to understand business needs and identify opportunities to contribute to measurable business outcomes.
- Provide specialist expertise on HR operations issues.
- Manage all activities and projects involving HR systems that support the development of HR technology while ensuring compliance and alignment of internal HR processes and systems.
General Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Arts & Social Sciences / Human Resource Management / Computer Science.
- At least 10 years of experience in a HR manager, Center of Excellence position.
- Practical experience in HR services delivery, leveraging on Information System & Technologies such as Cornerstone or equivalent.
- Practical experience in evaluating and improving current HR processes, resolving HR challenges and providing sound practical HR solutions.
- Good communication, with ability to manage and influence expectations of key stakeholders.
- Experience in managing diverse group of stakeholders in regional or global organization.
- Good working knowledge with relevant statutory guidelines in SEA & India region.
