Job scope:

• Handling MOM matters including work pass application/ renewal etc
• Handle Payroll
• Maintain employees’ leave record and medical claims
• Arranging staff to attend the courses
• Email enquiries
• Data Entry Filing & Photocopy
• Ad-hoc Duties
• Responsible in the daily operations of HR and Admin functions

Requirements

• At least Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource or Business Admin related
• Prior HR experience will be advantage

• Proficient in MS Office

• Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Providing quality technical consultative service and generate specification document to Architects, Facade Consultants and Contractors
• Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams to develop better sales strategies
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
