Tao Li Swimming Club (TLSC) is looking for a full-time and highly effective Finance & HR Executive/Senior Executive who can take on the following key roles & responsibilities:

(1) Finance & Accounts Function

-Handling end to end process of invoicing and payments with vendors/clients

-Managing financial aspects of contractual agreements with vendors/clients

-Bookeeping for company's monthly/quarterly/yearly accounts and preparing of full set accounts and financial statements (including consolidation)

-Preparing Financial Year End closing documents for our Company Accountant

(2) HR Function

-Compilation of Monthly Work Hours for both part-time and full-time coaches/staff

-Compilation of Leave Applications and Medical Leave Submissions

-Compilation/Processing of Monthly Payroll Report
