Job Description & Requirements
  1. administering a wide range of HR matters in areas such as manpower planning and recruitment, work pass application and renewals, compensation & benefits and performance management exercise
  2. Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process, including screening of resume, interview arrangement, selection and placement
  3. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related datas
  4. Responsible for payroll related duties
  5. Monitor for staff leave and entitlement
  6. Handle periodical surveys from government agencies
  7. Develop and implement a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures
  8. Other ad-hoc duties as assignements

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of HR working experience
  2. Excellent oral, written and communication skills
  3. Skilled at establishing and cultivating strong relationships with peers; across different levels of staffs
  4. Possess initiative and a positive attitude
  5. Able to work independently and a good team player
  6. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  7. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  8. Must have experience working at Indian restaurants environment
  9. Willing to work on weekends
