Job Description & Requirements
- administering a wide range of HR matters in areas such as manpower planning and recruitment, work pass application and renewals, compensation & benefits and performance management exercise
- Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process, including screening of resume, interview arrangement, selection and placement
- Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related datas
- Responsible for payroll related duties
- Monitor for staff leave and entitlement
- Handle periodical surveys from government agencies
- Develop and implement a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures
- Other ad-hoc duties as assignements
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of HR working experience
- Excellent oral, written and communication skills
- Skilled at establishing and cultivating strong relationships with peers; across different levels of staffs
- Possess initiative and a positive attitude
- Able to work independently and a good team player
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Must have experience working at Indian restaurants environment
- Willing to work on weekends
