Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Documentation Specialist

Support the administrative operations of relevant departments within company with the following activities:

• Set up company's document physical and online repository.
• Establish records retention and retrieval workflow
• Support company as a GMP Librarian to ensure all GMP documentation are securely organised and managed.
• Other GMP documentation tasks assign by Quality managers

Requirements;

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Relevant hands on GMP industrial experience in setting up a paper based GMP Documentation repository.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software such as Adobe Acrobat, etc.

This is a part-time position, minimally 4-hour daily.

Provision Purchaser

Location: Tuas (near to Gul Circle MRT)

Salary: $2,200 - $3,000

Working days: Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm, Sat 9am to 1pm (alt Saturday after probation)

Job Description:

• Handle and response to all inquiries
• Able to quote all inquiries and response to inquiries using Navision system
• Process all invoices
• Handles issues pertaining to quotations, orders and invoices
• Negotiate prices & order follow up with suppliers
• Liaise closely with warehouse, suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
• Customer relationship management
• Coordinate with various departmental personnel and resolve customer issues
• Participate in team meetings and provide sales lead
• Manage supplies to meet customer demands
• Handling the day-to-day incoming and outgoing correspondences
• Support Sales Team for data entry, document processing

Requirements:

• At least possess O’ level/Diploma.
• With F&B / hotel catering / provision background is preferably

• Possess 2-3 years of working experience in construction field, however marine construction is a plus.

• Prepare tender submission, handle progress claims, variation orders and finalize project accounts
