Responsibilities:

• Mentor children aged from 7 – 12 by providing quality after-school care support in a homely environment.
• Supervising and guiding the children with their homework
• Planning and delivering programmes, such as character development programmes
• Organising enrichment workshops that can help promote the overall development of the children
• Curate creative activities to develop skills and expand mindsets in the areas of innovation, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Engage children in outdoor play that serves to build psychomotor skills

Requirements:

• At least A-level or a Diploma in relevant discipline.
• Preferably WSQ Student Care certification.
• Prior work experience with children with special needs is a plus.

The Requirements:

• Minimum Degree Holder in Human Resources or equivalent

Duties

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to understand data analytics needs and study objectives.
