About Our Client

Our client is an established leader in the personal care manufacturing industry. With a global presence and extensive client portfolio, they are continuously growing in APAC region. This is a newly created role who will report directly to the Managing Director based in Australia.

Job Description

• Collaborate with local senior management, and the global HR team to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Execute the global performance management process in the APAC region and support employee development initiatives, as well as succession planning and career growth
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the APAC region
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors
• At least 8 years of HR full spectrum experience, preferably within the manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices across the APAC region.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Able to travel as and when needed by business

Responsibilities

• Redesign organizational structures and update job roles to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
