As the leader of our HR Operations Team, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality guidance, overseeing proactive, business-focused HR services, and managing assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 6 HR executives to oversee the entire employee life cycle.
- Streamline HR processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service delivery and strengthen partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and standards.
- Guide and mentor the HR Operations team, fostering growth and development.
- Provide expert advice to stakeholders on the Employment Act, CPF Act, and the Work Pass Process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant HR operational experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in people management.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors.
