We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Assistant/ HR Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, policy review, compensation and benefits, and vendor management. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role preferably within the IT field
• Strong understanding of HR systems, payroll processes, and stakeholder management
