Fabrica AI is reinventing how robots are developed. Currently novel robots take 5-20 years. We are building a design automation platform to bring it down to a month, and have already demonstrated significant progress by developing tile grouting robots in record time. Building robots and a design automation platform together brings great synergy - the platform helps us develop robots faster than anyone else and the robots allow us to gather data and do experiments at scale. Data gathering can be done through partnerships with other robotics companies, but doing experiments is crucial for grounding the platform in reality and ensuring its usefulness. The grouting robots are already deploying daily at construction sites and bringing value to clients. We are currently negotiating sales worth around 500k USD. With manufacturing cost multiple times lower than companies using a traditional robotic arm, our robots have an ROI in weeks. Our robot is also small and simple to use, operating from a single button without the need to upload floorplans or do any complex setup. YOUR FUTURE ROLE
We are looking for a Government Partner Customer (GPC) Escalation Coordination Expert (f/m/d) for APJ region to join our global team. This position is part of the new GPC Office within the Sovereign Services & Delivery (SS&D) organization that combines all Sovereign Cloud deliveries at SAP.

Your responsibilities include:

• Build up and manage a streamlined escalation process on sovereignty driven escalations in for APJ
• Setup and manage mission rooms to handle ad hoc escalations, ensuring structured and results-focused efforts to resolve issues with governments, partners, or customers in APJ
• Build up GPC escalation body of knowledge in APJ and produce training and onboarding material for new hires in GPC escalation management as well as SAP internal stakeholders contributing to successful escalation management
• Manage response activities end-to-end for government body driven escalations on SAP Sovereign Cloud products as well as escalations arising out of internal organizational company matters
• Produce consolidated and aligned reports on sovereignty escalations in APJ for the Global Head of SS&D and Head of GPC for board-level reporting, applying experience in developing transparent working models for prioritizing and committing resources, and managing strategic partnerships

YOUR PROFILE

• Master’s degree or equivalent
• 15+ years of professional experience, with extensive experience in customer facing program and/or strategic project management within SAP
• Experience in security, data security or national security related fields preferred
• Proven experience in escalation management in government, partner, or customer-facing roles is essential
• Ability to analyze complex regulatory government security environments and their impact on SAP
