Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with global strategic Demand Side Platforms through organized joint business planning and execution. Oversee daily customer interactions, ensuring coordination across functions and within the team.
• Develop and grow mutually beneficial working relationships with key internal stakeholders. Collaborate with product, strategy, and commercial teams to create a strategic plan that enhances the usage, performance, and adoption of our solutions. Support Business Development with renewals and new deal negotiations. Execute creative win-win opportunities that enable successful business growth with existing partners.
• Create documentation on all aspects of partner management. Share information cross functionally with leadership, business development, Ads Engineering, finance and other relevant stakeholders. Ensure that all processes are streamlined and standardized to maintain consistency. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices.
• Develop a trusted-advisor relationship to establish alignment with partners' senior decision makers, sell Microsoft products and services, and align partner priorities, strategies, and goals with Microsoft's to build mutually beneficial business plans and improve competitiveness of their business operations. Understands markets and partner trends and develops connections with key market players to close and execute projects, as well as share business opportunities internally.
• Lead conversations with partner senior decision makers to develop education (e.g., accreditation programs), advocacy (e.g., joint innovation days with Microsoft, agency, client), and/or marketing strategies (e.g., promotions, incentives, loyalty programs) to attract customers, drive sales, and ensure progress against targets. Provides recommendations to help partners scale business capabilities to align with market opportunities.
• Leverage internal stakeholders and resources to develop go-to market and co-selling strategies that define activities and expectations to meet Microsoft and partner sales goals. Prioritizes and allocates resources across accounts for developing go-to-market strategies.
• Drive long-term partnership value by developing an understanding of client’s business, their challenges, operating environment, capabilities and goals as well as the advertising technology industry and competitive landscape. Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Microsoft Advertising and promote our products and services.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field AND 4+ years partner management, sales, business development, platform ecosystem/network, or partner channel development in the technology industry
• 1+ year(s) experience with planning, budgeting, and other project management activities.
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus because the role will need to support China market

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience with planning, budgeting, and other project management activities.
• Experience in programmatic advertising, advertiser and/or publisher management, tech partnership management, or other client-facing roles in software-based technology platforms.
• Comfortable building and managing relationships at both senior and operational levels.
• Proven ability to communicate feedback, development requirements, and data analytics to drive commitments with product and technical partners.
• Willingness to share knowledge, facilitate team rapport, and maintain excellent cross-functional partnerships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage priorities and expectations accordingly.
• Demonstrated ability to hit revenue targets in a fast paced and changing environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in technology with experience in IT Business Partnership and a focus on digitalization across various sectors.
• At least 3 years of experience in Post-sales best practices, CRM projects, and hands-on roles as a Business Analyst and Project Manager.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
