We are looking for a Human Resource (HR) Generalist and Business Partner to interact with Business Heads and their business managers on all aspects of HR. You will partner with the Business and provide advice and expertise tailored for specific business and product needs. In this role, you will support the Business with all people initiatives on a regional basis across the Infrastructure divisions in the APAC MEA region ex India delivery centres. In addition, the role will have responsibility for both regional and global people initiatives within these divisions. You will drive change, ensure corporate HR programs are delivered to the client effectively, coach managers in leading teams, embrace and practice Deutsche Bank’s aspirational culture, and adhere to standard policies and processes.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver people programs and projects in line with organizational and business strategy
• Drive comprehensive talent agenda including talent assessment, leadership development, succession and employee engagement
• Work closely with Talent Sourcing to establish and manage recruitment strategy

• Use key qualitative and quantitative metrics to inform decisions and HR strategies

How You’ll Lead:

• Partnering with the heads of business to define and translate business needs into human capital strategy and ensure sound people decisions are undertaken
• Support organizational change and drive transformation and restructuring initiatives
• Coaching senior managers in global/regional or divisional teams in modelling required leadership behaviours and supporting organizational development in their teams
• Work closely with the Business Advisory team to identify continuous improvement opportunities, drive process change, and create efficiencies across the function

Skills You’ll Need:

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience supporting senior leadership in the organisation
• Experience and proven ability to provide strategic HR consulting, exhibiting client and business acumen
• 12+ years’ experience in HR and atleast 5-6 years as a business partner
• Experience in an Investment bank/financial institution

They are seeking a HR and Finance Executive to join their pioneer team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in both the HR and Finance operations. You will assist in day-to-day employee management, payroll processing, and financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate is highly organised, analytical, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key responsibilities

Human Resources Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update HR policies for the company
• Ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws and regulations
• Manage payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
• Manage recruitment process, including: drafting and posting job advertisements; coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications; assisting in candidate shortlisting and reference checks; preparation of employment contract; and onboarding of new hires
• Manage employee leave and benefits administration
• Manage performance review process
• Drive employee engagement and staff development initiatives such as training, team-building

Finance Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable
• Process expense reports and reimbursements
• Help prepare financial statements and reports
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and filed
• Assist in the preparation of documents for audits
• Reconcile bank statements and track financial transactions
• Support daily finance operations, including data entry and record-keeping

Administrative Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external vendors for office supplies and service contracts
• Support the management and company in any other adhoc administrative tasks

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar role i.e. HR, Finance, Administration, preferably in a SME or start-up environment.

Skills:

• Good working knowledge of Singapore labour laws and HR practices
• Strong familiarity with financial accounting principles
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HR software and accounting software (e.g. SAP) is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage HR-related matters
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Language ability:

• Proficiency in spoken Mandarin and confident to communicate in written Chinese, to be able to liaise with and collaborate with teams in Hong Kong and China
• Proficient in spoken and written English
