• To take charge of Marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin) by liaising with Freelancers/Interns
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and website managementCleaning up of data, liaising with Vendor etc.
  
• Organizing of company events
• Managing office inventory and pantry
• Receptionist and Visitor ManagementReceive visitors
  Screening of incoming calls
  
• Insurance and Leaves management
• Assisting in HR Operations
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Location:

• Tanjong Pagar

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm

Salary:

• Up to $2800

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource / Business administration or any related field
• Min 2 years of administrative/ Human Resource experience
• Able to work independently with little supervision
• Self driven and creative
• Attention to details
• Good interpersonal skills
• Effective oral and written communication
