Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Address feedback and implement improvements.
• Feedback Analysis: Use customer insights to refine marketing efforts.
• Campaign Management: Execute multi-channel marketing initiatives, including digital, social media, print, and events.
• Influencer and Vendor Management: Collaborate with influencers and external partners.
• Performance Reporting: Track and report campaign results for optimization.
• Social Media & Digital Marketing: Manage social accounts, optimize ads, and run email campaigns.
• Event Management: Plan and run marketing events like seminars and contests.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Experience in marketing with a focus on execution and customer engagement.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
