Responsibilities:
· Prepare and submit monthly GST and Payment
· Responsible for all Account Payable and Receivable Preparation.
· Submit monthly aging report for local Partnerstores and Affiliate Networks
· Maintain Book keeping for MASG and GMTSS Bank account
· Prepare and provide Event expenses Report for all MASG Events
· Prepare and Submit Purchase Request Form and staff claims for review and approval
· Provide and support all administrative job assigned by Superior
· Ad hoc assignment to be completed in timely manner
Requirements:
· Process at least A-Level or Diploma in Accounting or Professional Certification, ACCA and have relevant working experience in accounting line
· Familiar with Singapore Finance Reporting Standards, Corporate Tax and GST statutory requirements
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Package, especially Microsoft Excel
· Able to work under pressure, independent with minimal supervision, self-initiative and good communication skills
· Part time with hourly rate arrangement for min 3 months contract
· Able to start work immediately or within short notice
