Provides administrative support to Sales department.
Uploading of documents into database, ensure that all documents
are collected and completed according to checklist
Retrieving reports from database
Handle all inbound sales enquiries (calls, texts, emails) and
provide quotations
Update sales and customer records
Responsible for production ordering, shipment arrival, duty payment
and warehouse storage
Perform pre and post sales support duties such as generating
invoices, receipt and etc.
Update weekly and montly sales report
Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned, ensure paperwork
and processes are smooth on a day to day basis.
5.25 days work week (Mon-Fri 0845-1745, Alternate Sat 0845-1245, No overtime work)
