JOB SUMMARY

The role of Associate Director for Retail is responsible for driving sales growth by managing relationships with intermediary/distribution partners, delivering service excellence leveraging on the company’s capabilities and market insights to meet/exceed FUM and flows target. Collaboration with the project teams, finance shared services, and other departments within the organisation will be essential. The role also entails ensuring compliance with grant program requirements and maintaining accuracy in the preparation and submission of claims.

Additional duties include managing billing functions and addressing billing-related inquiries from funding agencies and project teams, among other responsibilities.

Roles And Responsibilities
