Responsibilities

Printing and Scanning Operation

• Operate print-room equipment, including printers, copiers and binding machines for print jobs assigned.
• Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents and store digital files in appropriate locations.

Archival of Digitised Files

• Extract digitised records from external hard disk drives.
• Sample digitised records against physical materials returned by digitisation vendor.
• Upload digitised records to IW as the repository for all official and finalised records.

Other admin duties

• Manage request in Company system such as checking and filing documents
• Process and review of applications/documents, handle electronic filing of documents.
• Upload documents in company system.
• Perform data entries of applications processed in Master Excel spreadsheet
