As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for participating in and overseeing all aspects of our restaurant and bar together with the Manager, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, providing service to tables, managing staff, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for our guests.
Bar Operations:
· Supervise the daily operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures.
· Maintain adequate inventory levels of beverages, garnishes, and supplies.
· Develop and update bar menus, specialty cocktails, and beverage offerings.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to alcohol service.
Team Leadership:
· Recruit, train, and manage staff, including bartenders, servers, and barbacks.
· Schedule and delegate responsibilities to staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
· Conduct regular staff meetings, provide feedback, and encourage professional growth.
Customer Service:
· Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, setting high standards for staff.

Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
