RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a highly motivated research assistant with a strong mathematical background who is interested to explore new research directions in neuro-symbolic methods, specifically on the interplay between deep learning and symbolic reasoning. The goal of this project is to develop a general neuro-symbolic reasoning framework for solving various reasoning tasks. The symbolic reasoning part of this framework shall be based on algebraic machine reasoning, a new reasoning paradigm built upon commutative algebra and computational algebra. The non-symbolic part of the framework shall primarily be based on deep learning, and could include vision models, language models, and multi-modal models.

Responsibilities:-

• Preparation of financial Statements, monthly financial and business segment reports

Job Description:

• Handle HR work including Recruitment, Attendance, Training, Formulating Policy & Procedure
• Application, renewal and cancellation of work permit
• Manage daily General Administration works including maintain office facilities, supplies and equipment, manage travel arrangement

• Organize and coordinate company cultural activities and meetings

• Any other ad-hoc site admin duties which may be assigned.

Job Requirement:

The Role

The Senior Human Resources Executive is a generalist role with full HR spectrum, minus payroll processing. He/she will assist and support the HR Manager to ensure efficient HR operations; implement HR programs and initiatives; to supervise and guide junior team member(s) and serve as a backup during peers’ absence.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment functions for global hirings, including freelancers and interns.
• Plan, develop, implement, and administer learning & development program for employees.
• Maintain & update employee’s’ information in Info-Tech HRMS.
• Handle all MOM work pass related matters.
• Handle employee relations and attend to staff queries.
• Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary issues.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of HR related experience.
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and prevailing HR practices.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (to liaise with colleagues in China).
• Good interpersonal skills and works well in a team.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Resourceful, self-driven, and possessed a high degree of professional integrity.
• Eye for detail.
• Knowledge of Info-Tech HRMS is a big plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be an advantage.
