Daily schedule &management , manage n coordinate daily, weekly n monthly agenda, schedule meetings appts and personal engagement, ensuring no conflicts andtime is efficiently allocated.
Book transport for workers or arrangement of logistics / courier Meetings coordinations- take mins of meetings with etc sales, marketing, workers, ensure action points are communicated n followed up
Travel arrangements - plan n organize travel arrangements including flights, registering govt requirement for helper etc, kids n family , accommodation n local transport etc
Payroll & benefit’s administration- liaise w payroll app for workers , n make sure payroll is done correctly (around 20 workers) to make sure OT are submitted correctly n approved by Director or ops manager
Project management - oversee n manage projects
Keep track of important deadlines of all submission for business or personal matters
ALL other admin duties requried
Confidential- maintain strict confidentiality on all biz n personal matters pertaining to director n company / family
Proven experience in PA or admin or similar executive support role Excellent organizational n time mgmt skills Proficiency in MS office n QuickBooks app able to multitask and prioritize daily workload High degree of discretion and confidentiality
