JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field

The Logistics Assistant reports to the Logistics manager and work together for the planning, organizing, and directing; managing and execution of the supply chain/logistics operations in an organization. They also work with internal and external teams to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedule for new and existing products. The successful candidate will cover logistic support for Japan, Korea, Taiwan Thailand, Malaysia, US, Europe and all countries that the company has business relationship with.

· Handle inbound, outbound and transhipment and prepares invoices, documents related to the entire cycle of logistics

· Manage inventory control; replenishing stock control in SG warehouses

• Provides administrative support to the Facilities department.
• Set up mailroom. Maintains the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail/packages.
• Create labels for all the various pigeon holes and cabinets in the Utility Area cum mailroom..
• Create directional signage posters, name labels, asset tagging of chairs, tables, pedestals and other furniture such as lockers and cabinets.
• Asset tag AV equipment, manage equipment and set up instructional posters for utilization.
