We are seeking a Senior HR & Admin Manager with significant experience in talent acquisition, interviewing, employee handbook management, contract handling, and administration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting top talent across Southeast Asia, particularly in Singapore, Malaysia, China, Indonesia, and Vietnam. This role demands an individual who can effectively manage HR operations, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the HR department across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple countries (Singapore, Malaysia, China, Indonesia, Vietnam), with a focus on headhunting top-tier talent.
- Conduct interviews and assessments for all levels of positions, ensuring alignment with the company’s culture and requirements.
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage recruitment campaigns, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and selection processes.
Employee Onboarding & Contract Management:
- Oversee the creation and management of employee contracts, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain employee documentation, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Manage employee onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture and work environment.
Employee Handbook & Policies:
- Develop and maintain an updated Employee Handbook, outlining company policies, procedures, and legal obligations.
- Advise employees on policy interpretation and manage any employee relations issues.
- Ensure that all HR practices align with local legal regulations in each country of operation.
HR & Administrative Operations:
- Handle daily HR operations including payroll administration, benefits management, and leave tracking.
- Administer the company’s benefits programs, ensuring employees are well-informed and properly enrolled.
- Maintain HR records and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide administrative support to senior management as needed, including scheduling, reporting, and correspondence.
Regional HR Compliance:
- Ensure HR operations are compliant with local labor laws and industry regulations in each country.
- Liaise with legal advisors to address any compliance concerns or disputes.
Staff Engagement & Development:
- Develop programs for employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
- Manage training and development initiatives for staff across different regions, ensuring consistency in employee development.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Administration, with specific experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, China, Indonesia, Vietnam).
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in each of the mentioned countries.
- Experience with employee contracts, handbooks, and HR policies.
- Proven ability to headhunt and interview candidates across multiple job functions.
- Experience managing administrative tasks such as payroll, benefits, and leave management.
- Familiarity with HRIS software and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work across cultures and regions.

- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
