We are currently seeking a Human Resources Executive to join our esteemed commodities company. The selected candidate will be entrusted with the pivotal responsibility of overseeing comprehensive reporting to our headquarters in China

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle all aspects of HR reporting to HQ.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data including providing insights, findings, interpretations on the data analyzed.
• Prepare reports on the HR data analysis.
• Coordinate with HQ on secondee assignments, training, performance management etc
• Provide guidance and support to secondees, addressing HR related queries.
• Organize meetings with HQ.
• Provide HR support in projects relating to improvements or enhancements of HR operations.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with 4 years’ experience in HR
• Experienced in HR reporting to China
• Good knowledge of Employment Act.
• Possess good planning and organizing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Required skills:

What you will be working on?

• Process administrative Human Resource services for various government agencies with precision and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
• Manage HR services including recruitment, onboarding, pre-service appointments, and medical screenings.
• Generate and distribute letters, emails, and related documents efficiently.
• Record HR transactions accurately in the HR system and submit to the HR Supervisor promptly.
• Collaborate with external vendors such as training providers and medical screening facilities.
• Compile reports and submissions in accordance with established formats and SOP.
• Engage in departmental initiatives, ad-hoc projects, and tasks assigned by supervisors.

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum O Level up to Diploma in Human Resource or relevant discipline.
• Reasonable understanding of HR operations.
