JOB DESCRIPTION

You will develop and drive people strategies for Singapore and SEA, covering multiple businesses including TVD, UPI, Networks & DTC and other businesses on site. Key Responsibilities:

Strategies

Talent

Job Overview

Training & Development

• Track completion of training programmes via the training calendar; Follow-up with respective project teams and escalate to Project Manager, if required

Grievance handling & employee welfare

• Act as intermediary between employees for dispute resolution; Identify employee grievances on project sites and share the information with the Project Director, departments heads for resolution
• Share relevant information with healthcare providers for prompt & timely healthcare services to personnel
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to obtain “fit to work” certification for personnel post treatment

People management

• Set objective goals, evaluate performance of subordinates and provide them regular feedback

The National University of Singapore invites applications for a Research Fellow in the Human Potential Translational Research Programme (HPTRP), Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. Purpose of the post

The Research Fellow (RF) will plan and execute research studies to better understand the impact of environmental heat stress on various populations. The successful candidate will be responsible to, and work with, the Principal Investigator (PI) to ensure the successful and timely completion of the project.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate include but are not limited to:

1. Working closely with the PI to develop new research ideas, write up and present project proposals;

Responsibility:

Security Assessment, Planning, and Control

• Ensure compliance and proficiency of cloud services and virtual environments.
• Perform annual and on-demand security reviews for cloud outsourcing as required by the Head Office, local regulators, and the outsourcing committee.
