• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs by developing relationships with potential candidates and maintaining an up-to-date database.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, labour laws, and industry regulations.
• HR Support: Assist with various HR responsibilities, such as employee onboarding, performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, challenges, and successes to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruiting blue collar workers, preferably in an operations or industrial environment.
• Education: A relevant degree preferred
• Strong understanding of job requirements and industry standards.
