Job Scope

· Complete and review work assignments, adjusting resources as needed.

· Mentor and cross-train staff using standardized training.

· Implement quality management systems and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

· Support cost, quality, and efficiency improvements.

· Coordinate calibration of laboratory equipment and maintain housekeeping standards.

· Assist with perfume compounding and material selection.

· Update compounding data in the Electronic Lab Notebook.

· Prepare for odor evaluations and manage End-to-End material handling.

· Ship compounded materials with required documentation.

· Operate and maintain the Contexa robot.

Job Requirements

· Diploma in Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

· 1-2 years of lab experience (preferred).

· Knowledge of GLP and cGMP guidelines.
