Position: Senior Network Strategy Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure the stable and continuous operation of various systems, and improve user experience and viscosity;

2. Responsible for the construction of the overall operation and maintenance tool platform, research and improve the operation and maintenance system, and promote the standardization, standardization, automation and intelligence of the operation and maintenance system;

3. Responsible for the construction and management of the company's overall operation and maintenance team, formulate team talent training strategies, and improve the team's overall service level and technical capabilities;

4. Establish and improve a standardized operation and maintenance system, formulate and improve emergency plans, strategies and processes;

5. Establish a complete data disaster recovery plan, and do a good job in cost control and auditing;

6. Quantitatively analyze the indicators and quality of operation and maintenance, and use data to track the execution, docking, and feedback of events.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree or above in computer & science-related majors, with more than 3 years of Alibaba Cloud/AWS server operation and maintenance experience;

2. Proficient in Linux common service configuration, Linux performance analysis, TCP performance optimization;

3. Familiar with open source monitoring systems such as Zabbix, n9e, and Prometheus, secondary development experience is preferred;

4. Familiar with more than one programming language such as Python/Shell/Go;
